Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and a short walk from beach access, this richly-furnished, family-friendly home is ready to welcome everyone with multiple decks, floods of natural light, and ocean and sound views. Outside, enjoy a dip in the private pool or hot tub, and then come inside to enjoy a game of pool on the lowest level! This floor also features a kitchenette perfect for preparing late-night snacks. The well-equipped, full kitchen upstairs is equipped with full-size appliances and is open to the rest of the space. Enjoy a board game or game of cards in the separate 'lookout' hideaway just up the stairs from the main kitchen. Of course, taking dinner out to the private gas grill is an option. The first bedroom of this home is just off the living room, and this spacious room features an en suite bathroom (with a shower/tub combination) and a private entrance to the deck.
