SOFS22 The Lighthouse

We loved the house! And the elevator was a game changer. Made getting in and out a breeze. The beds were comfy it was very clean. Only suggestion is to find better curtains on the sliding door in the living room west side. The temp would go up easily 6-8 degrees in that room in the evening. Some sort of shade in the top part too. You couldn’t sit on the couch for about an hour and a half without being blinded by the sun☺️ Otherwise everything was perfect!!!

Loved the location and our overall experience. There was a few things that could have been better. For example there was black mold on a few of the shower curtains. Other than that it was an exceptional experience.

The layout of the house is perfect. Every bedroom has a connecting bathroom, which allows for great privacy. All the rooms had balconies with seating (the second floor had the most comfortable cushions). Upstairs balcony had a lovely outdoor seating arrangement that was great for watching the sunsets over the Sound. The living room had a large sectional that made game nights comfortable. My only criticism is that the oven doesn't work. We couldn't get the temperature above 350 degrees and there's no timer. The oven needs to be replaced.

The pool and hot tub were awesome. The elevator made it easier for the older members of our family to enjoy all three floors. Easy access to the beach and local amenities.

Hot tub didn’t have working lights, more trash bags. Those were our only complaints, otherwise it was Ana amazing 4 day stay! They could have a little later check out or earlier check in.

We went with 6 adults and 4 children. The place was exactly what we hoped. No odd smells, very clean and cozy. Brand new grill. I’m gonna say new floors and couch too. Pool and hot tub were great! It is well fenced in so we didn’t have to worry about the kids. There was more than enough room for everyone. Walk to the beach was a bit longer than we thought, but not far enough to complain. We would go back any time. 10/10.

This home was perfect for our family. There was enough room for family time, yet quiet space for the 2 family members that worked remotely during our stay. The house was very clean upon our arrival. The pool and hot tub were put to use each day. The nearby beaches were not crowded giving the grandchildren lots of room to fly kites and throw frisbees. The operations manager, Robert, was very helpful throughout our stay. The only disappointment was that the elevator was still non functional when we stayed there. Overall, this was the best vacation home we've stayed in.

This property is great for a large group. There was enough space for the family to be together, yet space for private time as well. The pool and hot tub were put to good use and were very clean. Being able to sit on the top deck at night to look at the stars was very relaxing. We even saw some shooting stars. Overall, this was the best vacation home we've stayed in.
