Overall, we had a good stay and would rate this property 3-4 stars. The location was excellent, the area was great, and the beach access was very convenient. The pool was also a highlight and was enjoyed by our group. The home offered plenty of space, which made our stay comfortable. There were, however, a few maintenance issues that kept the experience from being a full 5 stars. The grass had not been mowed and made the outdoor areas feel a bit neglected. The hot tub was not working during our stay, which was disappointing. The dryer required three full cycles to dry clothes which only allowed us to get 1 load completed, the dishwasher was difficult to start and seemed to struggle at times, and two of the bedroom TVs were not working. With some attention to these maintenance items, this property could easily provide an even better guest experience. We appreciated the location, pool, beach access, and spacious accommodations, and hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

We’ve opened work orders for each a technician will service and restore the hot tub, maintenance will clean the dryer vent and run diagnostics (repair or replace if needed), the dishwasher will be inspected and repaired to ensure it starts and runs properly, and a tech will check the two bedroom TVs (connections, remotes, or streaming boxes) and make needed repairs or replacements. Home has 3 levels - The top level has a wonderful almost 360 degree view, inlet on one side and the ocean on the other. Lots of steps. The family had a super vacation. We look forward to going back next year!!!!!!

The location of this property was great. It was right in-between the ocean and the sound, close to restaurants and camp stores. Quiet location. The pool was nice although it could use a couple of umbrellas for shade. Overall Fish n Ships was a nice house and we would stay there again.

Quick walk to the beach or sound. House is laid out well for families and privacy. Absolutely loved the pool! Great experience!

Short walk to beach or sound, amazing layout of the house for families and privacy. Love that our pup could join us. Spent most of our time at the private pool. Enjoyed the picnic table at the grill area at the car port. Plenty of shops for necessities near by.

Awesome pool, great space for a large family and conveniently located to the 4WD beaches. Also a plus for instacart deliveries, but be prepared to get your exercise in going up the 3 flights of stairs to get to the kitchen/living area.
