Description

Take a break at this beautiful Outer Banks retreat! Just a few steps from the beach, this spacious home is also within a mile of renowned restaurants and nearby activities like rock climbing, bike rentals, jet ski tours, and fishing charters. The private pool and brand-new hot tub offer a private paradise to enjoy at-home leisure and there's also a half-court basketball hoop, a 6-hole mini golf course, a sand volleyball court, and ring toss for even more fun, including an outdoor bar. The mid-level deck has a screened porch with a ceiling fan, and ring toss, and the upper deck offers a picnic-style table for alfresco meals and the perfect vantage point for evening stargazing. This home also comes complete with two outdoor showers. With six bedrooms, and four bathrooms with three half baths, there is plenty of room for the entire group. A smart TV in the main-floor living area sets the stage for casual downtime or family movie nights. A pool table, foosball, a smart TV, and a wet bar equipped with a mini-fridge are ready to welcome happy hour fun in the downstairs game room. There's also a wet bar and a mini-fridge on the entry level for storing beach snacks and cold drinks. The full kitchen is packed with all the major appliances and cookware you need to prepare home-cooked meals like an air fryer, Keurig, and Crock Pot. Or, cook out on the gas grill! The home is also stocked with plenty of games, books, and activities for entertainment. Things to Know The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change. The sand volleyball court may contain sand spurs at times, shoes of some type are recommended

Everything was as described! Easy to get to beach

Me and 7 others stayed 3 nights here and it was a great time. The grill, Pool, and the beach nearby definitely made the stay worth it.

This place was very clean , roomy and my family and I will definitely stay there again . And we were able to take our furry family, which is a big plus for me . I would recommend this place . Thanks

The house was perfect for our family... The kitchen is very well stocked. The issues we had the office took care of immediately... I would suggest that the carpets be cleaned and put a list on the refrigerator about the Hot tub cleaner/ pool staff coming on whatever day they are scheduled to come. We were not expecting any one and it was a little scary when I went to Walk out side and a strange man was outside... He was extremely nice, but still I was a little startled.

We loved that it was close to the beach and sound in a safe area, smoothie place at end of street and walkable to beach and several restaurants and shops. Loved the foosball and pool tables and hot tub and pool for all the kids age ranges. The floors could've been cleaner as we kept picking up prickly seeds/burrs in our bare feet inside the house. The decks are large with beautiful views but some wood on them needs replaced- I gave that feedback to Vacasa. Loved having all the fridge space, a grill and grest working appliances in the kitchen. There were also basic spices and salt and pepper in the cabinets and Vacasa provided dishwashing fluid and soap as well as TP etc.

We had an excellent time at Breakwater Beach house for a long weekend with all of our college friends. The house was perfect for 10 people. The mini golf, game room, pool, and hot tub were used extensively. It was a pretty short walk to the beach and we found a small parking lot to even drive to the beach. We would definitely like to come back and stay even longer!

We loved having our own pool, hot tub, putt putt golf area, and basketball and volleyball courts, and only a short walk to the beach! Balls and clubs were included!
