WV09 Play Time

Fantastic multi-family beach week! The house is in a great location, so close to everything. Overall great stay. Unfortunately with the good there’s some bad… Complaints from our crew: the beds are very uncomfortable. More cameras outside than what was in the description. I recall it stating 1 camera on the front door, which I totally understand. We were not expecting a ring camera on the back door facing the pool. Made us and our teenage daughter uncomfortable! Also extra cameras on side of house that you’re not aware of while sitting on the upper decks having private conversations. The description should be updated to list all cameras and if there’s audio. We all found it a bit strange.

I’m sorry the beds were uncomfortable for some of your crew — we’ll have our maintenance team inspect the mattresses and address any issues. I also apologize for the surprise with the cameras; your comfort and privacy are important to us. The home does have several units that are not active while guest are in the home. The camera's have covers over them. I understand that the one had blown off. However you can be assured the areas other than the front of the house and by the HVAC unit are turned off.

Our two week stay in “Play Time” was perfect! House is less than five minute walk to beach. Everything was perfectly cleaned. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Each of the five bedrooms had their own bathroom + another 1 1/2! Kitchen was fully equipped. Our group of eight + dog were very happy!

House was beautiful, very clean. Nice big yard. Pool and hot tub were clean and big. Furniture did not show wear. Kitchen had everything. All five Bedrooms had their own bath. House was dog friendly. There were enough beach chairs, boogie boards for those who wanted Sand wagon was awesome and made everything easy. Beach was a four minute walk. House was private and peaceful. We had a wonderful time and would love to come for another two weeks next year.

We absolutely loved this home! From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The décor is stunning—beautifully styled both inside and out. I kept catching myself saying, “I love that!” or “Look at this!” around every corner. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided. One of my favorite features was having two outdoor showers—such a luxury after a day at the beach. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and we especially appreciated that the pool was shaded after 4 PM. It made for the perfect, refreshing way to wind down. The outdoor Bluetooth speakers were a great touch, creating the perfect vibe while we relaxed. We also appreciated the abundance of beach chairs, boogie boards, and the beach cart, which made getting everything to the beach effortless. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. It was, without question, the best beach house we’ve ever rented. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Family Beach Retreat. Easy walk to the beach, lovely pool and hot tub, game room, well stocked kitchen & toiletries, linens and towels. They even had chairs/ beach supplies stored that we could use at the beach. The house felt clean and we thorougly enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

From the moment we walked in we LOVED it. Very welcoming and beautifully decorated. There were 10 of us and there was plenty of room, each bedroom had an in suite bathroom! A big plus. The beds were comfortable, the mattresses were high quality. The kitchen had everything you could need. The adults enjoyed dining and cocktails on the deck and around the pool area. The kids really enjoyed the game room, bocce ball court, swing set and large yard. Kudos to the owners - you can tell they take great pride in their house. We are already planning our next visit to this lovely home!
