WV244 Sunjammer

Sunjammer was perfect for our family. Clean and spacious for two families. Close to all amenities and the Cape Hatteras lighthouse. Enjoyed our stay.

Overall, we had a great week. The dune to get to the beach is no joke - if you have mobility issues this definitely is NOT the place for you. The kitchen had all the necessities for cooking meals at home, the shared space was nice enough. There were a few small things that were noticed as not being cleaned prior to our arrival. I found several pistachio shells under couches/chair in the living room and a window in the downstairs bathroom was left open by the prior occupants. A/C worked great, the outdoor shower was nice, and the hot tub was definitely enjoyed in the evenings - lovely stargazing from the top deck. The location of the house was close to all necessities: shops, restaurants, local businesses. We had an issue with our access code at the very beginning of check in, but it was rectified immediately so that was definitely appreciated! As I said, overall we had a great week, we loved the location and the town of Waves. Thank you!

The perfect beach house for a quiet getaway! The house was very clean and comfortable, and included more amenities than expected. We were not provided the check-in code before we arrived and had to call the after-hours number, but they were very responsive and we were able to access the property within a few minutes.We highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again.

The home was beautiful, very clean, it had everything you needed. From kitchen, to bed ,and bath. Any questions you needed to ask they we're there to answer. Alot of space in the house. The hot tube facing the ocean was wonderful. I would do it again. Thank You Vacasa .

Our family of 4 had a great time. Plenty of space, good kitchen stocked with the tools we needed, and some good pots and pans. Charcoal grill outside, and hot tub was solid. House was clean and had some puzzles and games. Can’t beat the location - beachfront and close to market, restaurant and ice cream.

The house was spotless, spacious and eclectically decorated, with every amenity we could have hoped for. The kitchen was equipped, allowing for easy meal preparation, and the 2nd deck, just outside the great room provided gorgeous views while enjoying much desired hot tub time. We loved the close proximity to the beach, making those sunrise walks effortless. The kids especially enjoyed the calmness and warmth of the beach, providing hours of entertainment. From comfortable beds to ample seating, Sunjammer felt like a true home away from home and we can't wait to return next year!

Had a great time at Sunjammer. That hot tub was big and very private. The upstairs is very spacious. It is a great location right on the dunes. Unfortunately due to a recent storm they were very steep, but I assume they will eventually return to normal.

Great little house in a quiet little neighborhood on the beach. We ate in most of the trip and it seems like a small thing but having quality cookware was a welcome surprise! Our last trip to OBX was almost 20yrs ago. It was a great trip being reminded of memories from when our kids were young.

The hot tub was great and the views from the upstairs deck. Having the open floor plan up and all the bedrooms downstairs was nice too. We had four kids with us and it was helpful to have everyone together.
