We had a wonderful stay at this home for our family vacation! The house was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The layout worked perfectly for our multi-generational family, and we especially appreciated how comfortable and accommodating the home was for a larger group.
The private pool was a huge bonus, and the house truly felt like a home away from home during our stay. Communication and check-in were smooth, and everything was exactly as described.
Our only minor drawback was the beach access. While the walk to the beach itself was short, crossing the dune was a bit challenging, especially when carrying beach gear or traveling with young children. It wasn’t a dealbreaker by any means, but it’s something future guests may want to be aware of.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this property to others looking for a comfortable and spacious Outer Banks getaway.

We had a great family vacation! The 5 bedrooms and individual bathrooms was a great layout. The hill to get to the beach is not an option for elderly or anyone with impaired mobility but there is a boardwalk/walkway about a 1/4 mile up the beach, you can drive there on the main road - turn left at the Hatteras Realty.

This is a great house - perfect quiet vacation location for the family. There is a short but steep hill to the beach. We had a person with impaired mobility. If you drive down the main road and turn at Hatteras Realty office, there is a flat boardwalk for easier access. It’s only a 1/4 mile walk. We rented a beach cart and used that easier entrance. Kitchen is well stocked - no food items.

The location of this house was fantastic. It had easy beachside access and unobstructed views of the sunrise from the top balcony. The house was comfortable, relatively clean, and stocked with necessary kitchen supplies. As one review pointed out, the furniture could benefit from a deep steam cleaning, but nothing felt particularly concerning to me. The bathrooms and kitchen all seemed to have been cleaned well before our arrival. Each bedroom (except for the downstairs bunk beds) had their own bathroom, which was fantastic. The Vacasa service was incredibly responsive. There were a couple of lightbulbs out in the house and a slow draining tub. It wasn't an issue that would have hindered our stay, but they still sent someone out the very next morning to fix it. All in all it was a great stay, and I'd stay at the house again without any concerns and consider it a 4 1/2 stars for a vacation house.

This house has it all- on the beach, plenty of room, pool and hottub. The place was clean and comfortable. Arrival/entry instructions were clear and worked without issue. The AC works great when it’s time to come in from the heat. It would be nice if there were a grill available- that’s the only thing I would change. Would definitely stay again.

Our whole week was fantastic! The house was clean and well stocked with dishes and pots and pans! The beds were all comfortable! The entry was so easy! The pool and hot tub were great! We definitely will be back again! The only thing we would suggest is leaving a couple extra rolls of toilet paper!

We met my adult kids at this property and it was a perfect vacation. The house was just like we imagined it to be. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Clean, well placed and perfect. Rebooking for next year.

The house was remote from Nag's Head, Kitty Hawk or any other tourist area. It is on the beach but has a very steep climb over the dunes. There is a boardwalk a long walk on the beach, or driving from the house that makes it easier to access the beach. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the house certainly served our needs. The kitchen has everything you would need dishes, pots/pans, utensils, etc. There were no condiments but we left ours for the next renter when we left. Overall, a good place to stay with family.

My extended family of 9 stayed at this location and it was great! We enjoyed all the amenities and was plenty of room to spread out with 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms. I loved the large dining table that we could all sit down at and have a meal or play games! Thank you for a great stay! Would recommend to anyone!

The beach views were exactly what we needed and the walk down to the beach was perfect. A little far from major grocery stores so plan ahead.

While the weather wasn't the best, we still enjoyed the lovely beach views and relaxing home. The hot tub was wonderful and when we did have good weather, the short walk down to the beach was perfect. Comfortable beds and clean home. The wifi and TVs were great for our really rainy day. :)

We had a wonderful time. Swam in the pool and loved the hot tub. We chose it so everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Walked to Morris Cafe and DQ.

This was our first time to the Outer Banks, and we are hooked. Beautiful house, although we had to clean the entire home since it looked like it was not cleaned in months. The lay out is perfect with bunk bed room on the lowest floor with a pool table and quick access to the hot tub. The upstairs open floor plan with kitchen, dining area and living room, with huge windows overlooking the ocean were amazing. Every floor has a deck looking out towards the ocean. Top deck was the spot the entire family meet and hang out before retiring for the day. The house also has a great in-ground pool which is perfect to cool off in after the day at the beach, which is also a short walk just over the dune. Beach was also great and with only few people from neighboring homes it felt like a private beach. We are definitely coming back here next summer.

We loved the easy access to the beach! Also loved that we could relax at the pool or hot tub on the property. The house is set up nicely so you can all hang out together or find a spot for some “me” time.

We had an awesome stay. We are first timers from Indiana and weren't aware of the thorns and stickers on the walk up the dune. It was pretty difficult to get to the beach with my mother who's older and toddlers without getting stuck. We also had the burs and stickers throughout the house not knowing we brought them in. The house was amazing and we loved it.

Home was great had a few hiccups but they were fixed. 2nd floor air worked amazing make sure you have extra blankets. Only down side was yard was not mowed and pool area had a lot of tall weeds and grass around it.

Great location to beach and local restaurants. The house had everything we needed and more especially since there was only 4 of us. The hot tub was really nice and pool looked great but was too early in season to be open.

We loved Xactly Wright, the house was so roomy and the beds were comfortable. Our children really enjoyed the pool, and the parking for this house was great!!
