Family fun and group comfort combine at this gorgeous Rodanthe retreat. Just one house away from the beach, you'll enjoy easy walking distance to the beach, along with a variety of private home highlights including a sparkling in-ground pool, a covered hot tub, furnished decks, and a gas grill. There are even outdoor showers to rinse off the sand and saltwater after days at the beach. Inside, you'll find a game room on the first floor complete with a pool table, TV, and kitchenette. the kitchen and main living area occupy the top portion of the home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need for home cooking. There's also a collection of books and board games and a TV in the living room. Beautiful ocean views abound from the top-floor balcony. There are 10 other reviews from other platforms with a rating of 4.6/5. The reviewers consistently praised this large home for its ideal location just a short walk from the beach, the convenience of having a private bathroom for each bedroom, and the well-equipped kitchen that made it perfect for cooking meals together. The pool, hot tub, and game room were also highlighted as popular features, especially for larger groups.

The place was large and spacious. We had a great location, just steps from the beach.
We encountered an issue with the pool, and it was resolved within hours of receiving the message. Beautiful views, lots of space for privacy. Spacious living area and kitchen. We surfed, rode horses, played at the beach. Plenty to do for all ages.

The trip was wonderful. We enjoyed the house, space and location. The owner needsto do updates. Main complain is grill. No cleaning brushes and it was old, dirty and hard to use. The pool area and new hot tub were fantastic. A new grill is badly needed. Not safe to use. Updates needed in house also. Owner needs to refresh (rentals are not cheap) and a double 5 rating would be easy to give. Hatteras Realty was really attentive to issues and I want to commend your maintenance team, specifically Eric and Alex. The pool and hot tub were attended to regularly and this was so appreciated also. Overall, our vacation was fun amd memorable and Hatteras Realty does a great job!

Slightly worn but well maintained and clean. The pool space was our favorite, but the layout was good for both privacy and gathering for our group of 10. Location was the perfect distance to beach. Didn’t even notice the campground right next to us. Our favorite so far of the 4 houses we’ve rented down here. We’ll be back.

Slightly worn but well maintained and clean. The pool space was our favorite, but the layout was good for both privacy and gathering for our group of 10. Location was the perfect distance to beach. Didn’t even notice the campground right next to us. Our favorite so far of the 4 houses we’ve rented down here. We’ll be back.
