On the first level, the first bedroom has two twins and is next to a full hallway bath. The second bedroom has a queen, a TV, deck access, and a full bath. The third bedroom has a double bed, a TV, deck access, and is near the laundry facilities. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The interior features warm and welcoming wood accents. The large top floor great room has a half bath, tall cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans, and a comfortable living area with an entertainment center. The well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, an extra-large breakfast bar, and is near an intimate dining area. A wide furnished sun deck offers views of the ocean and sunsets. Things to Know:
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. 
Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility, located at the Avon office address: 41156 Hwy 12, Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open from May 24 to September 8, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please note that the operation of community pools is subject to the discretion of the state inspector, management, and/or the HOA. As a result, the availability schedule may change without prior notice.
