We stayed at 3's a charm with a group of 12 adults. The place was very clean and exactly as described. Beautiful views from just about anywhere in the house. Plenty of room for the three vehicles we had. We all enjoyed our stay very much!enjoyed our

Nice pool and hot tub with sound and beach views. Some updates like toilet seats could be done but its a beach house so its nice that everything was working and clean! Elevator was a must for us and once you figure out to KEEP BOTH DOORS CLOSED AT ALL TIMES so any floor can call it to them... it worked perfect no issues. Location location location water both sides can't beat it IMHO. Will be back for sure.

The house was beautiful and perfect location for what we wanted and was looking for! Watching the dolphins every morning and evening was amazing not to mention the jellyfish and stingray on the beach! It was more then what we was hoping for thank you so much for allowing us to make family memories we are already planning our trip for next year!!!

Great home to enjoy the beach and the sound views. For folks who use a cane, walker etc very easy to get around!

First off the house was super clean, and we were welcome with a gift basket which was lovely. The location is amazing. Ocean on one side and the sound on the other. Even though neighbors are close and there was construction going on around us we couldn’t hear any of it. Fishing at the sound was fun but watch out for snakes. Having an elevator was great and it worked perfectly. Thanks for sharing your home.

First trip to the Outer Banks & was looking for somewhere with a beautiful view -3’s a charm did not disappoint! The house had plenty of space for just the 3 of us. In addition to all bedrooms/ bathrooms there was common space including a 2nd tv and game room-the pool table has seen better days, but had a ping pong table top & another refrigerator tv-useful with a bigger crowd. Couldn’t figure out karaoke but WiFi worked. The windows do need some love but you can see out them&there was light in the rooms. From the deck listen to waves & watch kite surfers on the sound! Across the St is a large but manageable dune to climb to a long stretch of beach. The house was clean & comms w/ Vacasa mgt was great. Few questions no issues short 4 day stay -responses were timely & welcoming. One wobbly fan but the rest were fine& ac made it comfortable. The decor was tasteful. The pool (April not heated) needed a little debris cleaning but no matter the view of the Sound is beautiful Didnt use the jacuzzi. Kitchen well stocked & laundry made things easy. Lots of stairs elevator was tricky but useful for those w/mobility issues or lots of stuff. Great location! Hatteras village 5min drive Breakwater for sunset dinner, Frisco just 10 min other direction with beautiful art shop Blue Lagoon, Beads boutique & Tavern on 12.The only thing missing was a pen to write in the guest book but nice lady at Scotch Bonnet fudge (so good) gave me one which I left in the guest book for you.

The view of the ocean and the sound l we're incredible. The elevator was wonderful. It was very helpful getting our luggage etc up and down to the car. We had a guest with us that has very bad knees and it was great for him too for that reason. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful week!

This house was absolutely perfect for 10 and a dog. It is sooo close to the beach you could throw a ball off the front porch and reach it. The view of the bay behind the property is gorgeous as well. The deck is incredible for watching the sunset. We had an issue with the elevator so i contacted vacasa and they sent someone out to repair it. The only thing I would really have liked was a full balcony on the front of the house to enjoy the beach but the back deck wraps around so you can still see the ocean off the sides of the house. There is also a nice porch off of the first level to sit on and watch the ocean. We loved the house and would deff rebook!

With water in sight from each of the windows and the beach feeling like it was private (it wasn’t but we were the only ones out there), it was the perfect quiet relaxing family getaway ❤️

My first time renting was a wonderful experience! The house was more than we anticipated. Upon entering we noticed how clean and updated it was. The owners put so many personal touches to this rental that it felt like home! New furniture, TV`s in every room and the entire family enjoyed the newly upgraded recreational room. The pool was pristine and well kept. This is a house I definitely will tell my friends about and rent again myself. I give this a 5 star rating! Thank you owners for sharing your home with us!
