The view is amazing, unfortunately the dolphins weren't jumping when we were down.... Pool was so delightful.... meeting new people at the pool was wonderful.

This condo is very clean, nicely furnished, and decorated. The location is wonderful and the views great. The kitchen is very well stocked. A very comfortable place to stay. We have returned three years in a row!

If you love to watch the ocean and hear the waves crash, this condo is for you. Incredible views and sounds. Turtle nests close by on the beach were a bonus.

We have stayed at Durant Station for several years in other units which were great, but the other units in no way matched up to this one. The ocean views were spectacular, the house was spotless upon arrival, the house was fully furnished, including anything needed in the kitchen for meal preparation and we definitely plan to stay here again. I can think of no negative comments for this unit. Great stay and great vacation!

Sea Love was the perfect place to spend a relaxing spring break week! During most of our time, we were one of just few on the beach! This unit has perfect views of the gorgeous sea-scape. Sunrises were such a highlight on the balcony, while drinking our morning coffee! We were impressed with how well the unit is stockpiled with everything you need to make home-cooked meals. Such a blessing. The shower had great water pressure & temperature. The beds were comfy & bedding was clean. We liked the lamp lighting. The cleaning crew did a great job on the condo. We also appreciated being able to use the Clubhouse for family time when the weather wasn't great. Most of all, you just cannot beat the beautiful views of the surf & sand, right outside the glass doors!! This was our 3rd time staying at Durant and hopefully will not be our last!

Instructions to pick up the Parking Pass should indicate it is to be picked up at the “Outer Beaches Realty” office . I spent some time in the dark trying to find a Durant Station or Vacasa office in total darkness driving up and down the road. Met another person checking in equally as lost. Finally saw the Outer Beaches Realty. All the sign lights were out and had we not gotten out and walked around would never find it. Next day elevator was out. I called the after hours 800 and left the issue with my contact info. No response. Next day I emailed Vacasa and Outer Beaches since I still wasn’t sure who to call. They finally fixed the elevator and emailed me. If you are on the third floor it is 69 steps from the ground up as my wife reminded me several times. Bottom line is the condo is great but the Property Manager should be a Hatterass local not some off shore call center. Messaging should clearly identify the Outer Beaches Realty as your contact for parking passes. They need to leave the lights on so you can find your 7/24 available office lol.

The house was great. We stayed last year when it was still Outer Beaches. The new rental company is garbage. They sent us the wrong code to get in. I reported our shower head had broken off on Monday by the following Sunday it still hasn’t been fixed. The elevator was out the entire week. Fortunately, no one in our party was disabled but lugging all of our luggage and groceries up three floors was not fun. The least Vacasa could have done was supply a lift or some extra help. They didn’t even offer to give some money back for the inconvenience! Wish it were still Outer Beaches!

We're sorry you were so upset by our services, Tara. The shower head is being fixed by maintenance; please accept our apologies for the delay due to being short-staffed. The elevator equipment was damaged by lightning. The necessary parts for repair are on order. Thank you!

The condo was clean, in great condition and had everything we needed. The kitchen is so well stocked that there was little room to store our groceries! The coin operated laundry is on the first floor several doors down to the right when exiting the elevator. Luggage carts are located there and were a great help with transporting our gear and groceries to the third floor.

This was our second stay at Seven Stars. The location and views are perfect for us. Love the layout of the house. My only complaint this time was the house seemed a bit more worn than 3 years ago when we stayed the first time. May want to do some deep cleaning of furniture cushions... they smelled. Carpet could use a full cleaning... felt dirty. I do realize it’s the beach and a pet friendly place so I understand the wear and tear. Primetime was an amazing property. We were a little hesitant on booking a home without a private pool, but with the community pool close by and the fact that we stayed Oceanfront, it was well worth not having the swimming pool. There was no issues at all. It was a nice and relaxing vacation not having to worry about small, silly things. The views were stunning. Thank you Outer Beaches Realty! We will definitely see you next year! Would like to re-book this home, but I believe we will need a bigger one next year. We had fun! The house needs a little more updating than the bathroom. The front door is a little sketchy and the refridgerator door does not have a good seal. Our family just rented Kinakeet Retreat and really loved the home! The furniture was a bit worn but definitely usable, the kitchen was WELL stocked with EVERYTHING we needed for our large party to loved the nice big table so we could all eat together!
