We had a great stay at this home it accommodated our family very nicely. It was spacious and clean, the outside areas all worked and they were also very clean. The beach access was described great very functional. We had great views from the top deck of the ocean sunrises and sound side sun sets! The home is also located very close to restaurants, bait stores and shopping. We had a great experience!

We loved our stay at this oceanfront home! The views were breathtaking, the hot tub was perfect for relaxing, and it was wonderful being able to bring our pup along. The walk to the beach was a bit longer than expected, but overall it was such a great place to unwind.

We are family of four and cook every meal. I was so pleased with all the utensils and cookware. It was so nice for all of us to slow down and to sit at the table for breakfast and dinner together. We put 2 puzzles together on the game table. Location and distance to the beach was key. It was very relaxing! Felt comfortable with the kids going to and from up over the dune without us. Nice having our own path. Definitely looking into booking this one again next year. Thank you

This home is a loved home though currently for sale. We hope the new owners love this home as well, continue to rent it so we can continue to enjoy it and hopefully keep it as it is. We don’t use the hot tub but it’s hot outside when we rent. It’s perfect for our family.

Roomy bedrooms with comfortable beds. 3 full baths. Nice hot tub in screened porch. Needs better outdoor furniture and updated kitchen and baths . Great beach location.

Our party of 7 + an infant had plenty of room in this rental. It was extremely well stocked, especially in the kitchen. The hot tub on the screened in porch was a nice bonus. The only thing that was challenging was the walk to the ocean over the dunes - the other properties that we have stayed at had much easier to navigate walkways/paths. This may not be a problem for everyone but with all our gear, we found we were less likely to go to the beach than we normally would be due to the walk. The location in Avon was great - close to Food Lion and restaurants. Overall, a great stay and I would recommend with the one caveat about the more difficult access to the beach - it did not bother the teenagers so it was just the adults that struggled.

The location is the biggest asset with this property. Being situated first line on the ocean dunes in Avon, gives you beach access as soon as you walk out the door. The house is modest in comparison to its neighbors, but is clean, well maintained, fully stocked and still packs 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to comfortably fit a family and a group. It's also a bonus that the 4th bedroom is not bunks (the typical OBX setup), but two separate single beds - good for adults. The house also has a screened porch with a hot tub and an observation roof deck for catching ocean views, sunrise and sunsets. It's also conveniently in Avon, which gives you quick access to the only big grocery store and the good places. It's one of the most optimal and efficient places I've stayed on Hatteras.

The home is tucked away off a quiet street and although it is surrounded by other homes (except for the side facing the dunes/water), I had no issues with too much noise or disruption from others. The home is stocked like a regular home (especially in the kitchen) versus feeling like it's purely a rental with only the very basics and has everything that you need to enjoy your stay.

See-Shore is a fine, comfortable place to stay while visiting the Outer Banks. Kitchen was fully equipped, screened in porch was pleasant, and the beds were comfortable.

Our house looked a lot smaller than the houses around it, but this turned out to be an illusion. It was very comfortable, well appointed, and met our needs very well. There was a small issue with the air conditioning, but Vacasa was extremely responsive and it was fixed in no time. Would definitely stay again.

This rental was perfect for the 2 families to each have their own King master with private bath. The smaller 2 bedrooms were great for the 3 teenage boys to split between. The salt water pool was very refreshing after a day at the beach! We also enjoyed the outside speakers while swimming and being in the hot tub.
